These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the LeadForMe website and services. LeadForMe is operated from Vancouver, British Columbia. By purchasing a service or using this site, you agree to these Terms.
LeadForMe provides BC sales lead intelligence and done-for-you marketing services, including websites, weekly promo reels, and brand refreshes. Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines for any engagement are described at the time you sign up or in a written quote.
The $399 website package is a one-page build, the $599 package is a multi-page build, and the $899 package is a custom build. We confirm final content and scope before work begins. Custom domains, third-party fees, redesigns, and new features are separate unless included in writing.
Prices are listed on our site and are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Subscription services (such as monthly reels or website care) bill on a recurring basis until cancelled. One-time services are billed as quoted. Taxes may apply.
You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
Website Care Basic is $29 CAD per month for a website built by LeadForMe. It includes hosting, uptime checks, and one small content change per month. Unused changes do not roll over. Redesigns, new pages, integrations, and new features are quoted separately. Care begins after we confirm the covered site with you.
You agree to provide accurate information and any content, access, or approvals we need to deliver the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any materials (logos, images, copy) you give us to use on your behalf, and that your use of the deliverables complies with applicable law.
On full payment, you own the final deliverables we produce for you (your website, your reels). We retain ownership of our underlying tools, templates, and processes, and we may show completed work in our portfolio only with your permission.
Our outreach emails comply with CASL and include a one-click unsubscribe. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle contact information and opt-outs.
We work to deliver quality results but do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as a number of leads or sales). Services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. Disputes are subject to the courts of British Columbia.
